Make Quick Reply open automatically

Ok I want my forum to have it where it is automatically selected for Quick Reply to come up.  New members have registered and ask about adding a quick reply, but the feature is already in, they just need to set it in their profiles.

Anyways I can make it show up automatically even if the people are new?

Admin -> Themes and Layout -> Reset Options -> Reset default (guest) options for this theme -> Use quick reply on topic display:

But think carefully before resetting this for existing members (I wouldn't thank you for resetting mine because I've *never* used quick reply and don't want it on)!
