Users Can't Register

I just installed SMF 1.05 and am having some trouble. I am using it with Joomla/Mambo and the SMF Bridge compnent. Everything seems to work great, expect when users go to register. I am using the "use SMF Registration" in the SMF Bridge config. When I try to register, I get the screen to sign up, user name password, etc, but when you click Register, All I get is a page telling me:

An Error Has Occured
you are not allowed to access this section.

What is going on here? I was able to register before I installed the SMF Bridge, so it may have something to do with that. Anyone have any ideas?

It's SMF telling you you can't register twice in a row.
