Where to place link back to main website??

Hey guys...im new here so go easy.

In my forum, i would like either a text or image link to allow users to go back to my main website.

My Main Site is hxxp:www.top100fitnesssites.com [nonactive]
My Forum is at hxxp:www.top100fitnesssites.com/Forum/index.php [nonactive]

A few ideas are maybe up around the header area or I could put a image link to the left of the forum in the grey space.?

Need help with the code and what file to edit as well
