un able to get into settings

I have upgraded my forum from SMF 1.1RC1 to SMF 1.1RC2

and every thing is fine

But i have this problem:

I cant get to the settings of the forum

and i am getting this message:

un able to load show_settings template

i have checked the settings template and it is available and its size is none zero

plzzzzz help

Are your templates and core theme up-to-date? Not only Settings.template.php, but also Admin.template.php.
