smf 1.05 upgrade to smf 1.1 rc2 didn't convert some of my old tables

i did an upgrade from my smf 1.05 to smf 1.1 rc2 using the UPDATE zip at the downloads area.

i thought it all went well, except that some of my tables were not upgraded, and just went blank or like a new install

Can you say which tables? Upgrade does empty a few log tables, but that is all.
