Installation help!

I am in the process of uploading the smf forum to my web server. I have noticed that there are multiple versions of the same file, as it keep telling me that the file already exsists - do i want to replace it! There are several different instances of index.php for example.

Secondly - Why are there lots of images named after celebrities ie. eminen.gif

Have i downloaded the wrong file do you think?
Any sugguestions would be appreciated! thanks!

its ok! i just keep the file structure when i unzipped it!
