Background

Would it be hard to change/add a background image to smf RC2 

EDIT: If I edit this part of the code:

   background-color: white;
   margin: 0px;
   padding: 0px;

were it says background color I would change that to reflect a url to a file (.jpg or .gif) that is in the images directory of the current
theme.

NOTE: This can be deleted I asked in another part of the forum, sorry for the trouble.
