Bugs in Help.template.php

I found something is wrong in Help.template.php on line 2219

<h2 id="how-to">How To Register</h2>

this wont change the translated language. It should be

<h2 id="how-to">', $txt['manual_registering_sec_register'], '</h2>

I recently worked translating the Manual.english.php file of SMF 1.1 RC2 for Greek language under the surveillance of spiros.

There were some strings that could not be found and be translated in addition to what Zaenal Mutaqin reported. They are direct strings in Help.template.php. I found this topic by searching so I add this catalog. There might be some more, as I haven' t worked on Help.english.php and of course something might be surpassed by error.   Direct strings in "Help.template.php"
