Activation Emails

Hi everyone. I apologize if this is not the right place to post this, but it relates to this forum.

Someone I'm working on a forum with is trying to register to this forum to be able to download themes, but they never receive the activation email. They've checked their spam folders and have tried registering three times, but still nothing. Who should I tell them to contact about this?
