changing the code and quote box ??

   i am sorry if i have posted it in the wrong section but i want to know how can i change the code and quote box ?? I am talking about this

               Also when you post too much stuff, the box will show horizental and vertical scrollers...How i can i remove that ?? I know you need to edit a file but which one .

it's the CSS file style.css which can be found in the root folder of any theme..
