unsubscribe topic option

i dont know wether I am missing something or either this option is missing altogether

but is it possible to have a link like "unsubscribe" when we go into the "new replies to your posts" like this:



I ask because its very annoying to see like 100's of messages in the "reply to your posts" section everytime u go there EVEN if you just happend to have participated ONCE in a thread somewhere which has like 20 pages and now holds no relevance for u at all.

Any suggestions please?
