Show unread messages expansion

Forum now offers Show unread messages since last visit.

It would be grat if there is also option to show messages which are specific number of hours old no matter if they are unread or not.

Also, option to se specific last number of post would be helpful.

There is one more thing. Forum does not show when was user's last visit. Information exists in profile, but it should be avilable on index page, near the "Show unread posts since last visit" link.
