Colour changing...

First of all thanks to those that helped me regain my admin status.

Basicially i need to change the blue boarder colour to red to make it specific to the club's colours, how do i go about this. Warning though, i'm new to this so i'd need step by step, slow, careful instructions. I wont be that bad really.
