Making board smaller

I wanted to know if there was a way to make the board which is centered a little smaller from the size that it already is?

If anyone could help me I would really appriciate it alot....

Also, another question I forgot to post, with the titles, how can I make them go down

One
Two
Three

Instead of them going
One Two Three

I tried HTML coding to Break it but it wont work, and I don't know any otherway to get it to work.

So if anyone know how to do that and if you could let me know I would really appriciate it...
