I dont know the processes of the Charter Membership but that comes to my mind;
Register a new account here in simplemachines.org and buy a charter membership.
Then give the account to him.

This is too easy to come to mind, maybe you already thought but didnt do since he has some posts and dont want to register a new acc

i really think it does, because this process is automated,,,

and when paypal gives the payment info to SMF script, it will place charter membership on the email address provided
