FATAL ERROR (on fresh install of RC2)

Ok, did the installer. Everything was going great...up until I pressed that final button before getting the forum to pop up on the screen. Next thing I see:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: db_error() in /hsphere/local/home/gwydionf/rpgamestation.net/devcom/Sources/Subs.php on line 318

So, I look at the Subs.php line:

$ret = db_error($db_string, $file, $line);

Little confused. What the hell happened?
