Text problems in IE (and more)

Hey! I am having an issue on my website (http://lazygamers.net) with the font being messed up in IE.  While I personally dont use this browser, it does add some unprofeshonality to the site of those who do.  The font error happens in the drop down menus is replaced with the little block looking things (kind of like []) Please help!!!


Additionally, the cursor for typing is off topic and in the wrong section (so you can ignore if you like): when posting I find that the cursor gets off position (so itll be at a position that its really not) I am thinking that this may be because of me changing the faunt used in the textbox's.  If someone knows where/if this var is.

Offhand, I'd say it might be related to specifying Raavi as a font-family.
