Copyright display problem

Hey every one, I have been trying to work on my forums quite a bit lately, yet i have been running into a small display problem from within internet explorer...firefox 1.5 view the page exactly as it should...Here is a link to the forums:

Hopefully, you will see that the copyright box is way off to the far right, in the middle of no where. Why is this happening? i have tried adding extra breaks, but it all does the same from within ie, and puts the copy right in the wrong spot.

What can i do here?
