Can't Use Admin

I had a working installation and something went wrong.  I uploaded the Update and everything seemed fine.

But I no longer see the Administration page when I click on the "Admin" button.  It just reloads a normal page.

I have gone through the files and CHMODded whatever was listed as "777"

I do not have an install.php file.  This was originally installed using cPanel.

Any ideas...I'm new to SMF, obviously!
