warning "Stack overflow at line: 483"

on my index of site i put the code <?php require("forum/SSI.php"); ?> and on opening index of my site
saying "Stack overflow at line: 483" warning, why? (You can see=> hxxp:www.osijekclub.tk [nonactive] )
on pages where isn't the code <?php require("forum/SSI.php"); ?> don't showing warning "Stack overflow at line: 483", what can be? does SSI.php have a bug?!? or?

there are some details:
