Leftovers of moved topics

We can choose if there will be a notice in MessageIndex about moved topics when moving.
And if we choose "Leave a redirection topic"
But this opens a new topic for the moved one.
What if we have options to choose?

1- Leave a redirection topic
2- Leave a redirection link (Just lists like a topic)

And what if we have a global option to choose whether all the moved topics will have "leftovers" or not?

I think having the topic titles as redirection links might confuse users. They might not even know that a topic has moved if they can just click on the topic title as they did before.

Anyways, I think there should be two options as I said above.
A redirection link and a new topic. Then we could choose
And I dont think it will confuse the users since there will still be a "MOVED:" prefix.
