That must be from a really old version or something. Since title is not a database column in  the tables.
Drop that column called title from the ads table.

It is what seems strange to me because I do not see anything related although the site was somewhat old (SMF 1.1. it was updated to 2.1.3 without problems and I updated the mod to the latest version 3.5d. Can there be any trace left? I'm going to take a better look at the database and see if I clean it up more then.

Yes I thought the same thing but I looked at the backup and this is it, it had version 2.3.5 before but it can install several mods at the time, I'm going to investigate more anything I'll come back!

You will have to apply the edits manually to the custom themes.
