FOUND IT!

It is in Guest Permissions BUT you have to change the view to Classic

why manual editing for this mod on mods site is not accessible for 1.1 branch but only for 2.0 branch?

when you click submit for the manual instructions the radio buttons above must be selected for the right version - click the top button to select 1.1.x version

I am using smf 1.1.8

The "Ad Management" option does not appear under "configuration". I am not able to edit my previously added ads.

Hi..can the lastest ads mod work with the 1.1.5 SMF version? If my forum is 1.15 then it mean after i modify the theme also it wont work right?

Do you have a link to your forum?

Also have you enabled it? And have you changed the permissions for the membergroups for them to see the adverts?

I've been told there is going to be a new one being developed specially for SMF2 by jerm. Try his forum for support.

It might be a theme issue or a conflict between a different mod.
Have you added a advert in the ad management? Have you enabled ads for each membergroup in the permissions? (Classic view).

Also in which advert positions have you chosen?
I believe only a couple positions actually work on custom themes..

Hey guys,

Ads seem to work great, this is a nice mod. One question though - when I'm signed in as Admin, the ads show up just fine. When I am signed in as a regular user, they are not. Any advice?

Did you check permissions, if i remember well, there you have to check permissions for groups...

My site is at www.chasintailfishin.com/forum and I can't get the ads to show up. Also, how do I put different banner ads showing on my home page under each board?

Hi there,

I just installed the mod and everything appeared to go fine (it is showing as currently installed in the package manager). However the ad management option isn't appearing iunder configuration (or anywhere else).

I am using SMF version 1.1.8 with the WMC theme by WannaBeDie

Do I have to add something to my template if I am not using the Default Template because I have this setup in 1.1.8, the permissions are set, it's installed but the ads are not showing up.

If there is something that needs to be added to the template, please let me know.
