Ease upgrade

I know its already very easy to upgrade from a previous version.
But I see that too many users cant do it.
What about upgrading automatically like this way:

We normally download the upgrade package, just like now. Then we upload everything inside it to the forum. (Again just like now we do)
But when the upgrade files are upladed all, and the forum is firstly browsed, it can show a maintenance screen to users and an automatically upgrading window to the admin.
When secondly browsing, it should warn like now. (Security problem. You havent deleted the upgrade.php)
Or it may delete the upgrade file automatically if the upgrade was errorless.
