Performance Problems

I can't find the answer to why my forums are doing this....

I upgraded to SMF 1.1 RC2 last weekend from SMF 1.0.5. I love the set up and everything is working fine!! Except for attachements, I am getting timeouts from my members because it takes so long! I have tryed disabling thumbs and it has the same effect.

My forum is totally dependent on attachments! Anyone have any ideas?

Any errors in the database? Go to Admin -> Attachments and Avatars -> File Maintenaince -> Check (next to the total size of the directory)
