I don't believe this site uses a CMS but I may be wrong.

If it does use a CMS then it is certainly custom made

Well, I took a look at the current Joomla! site and to be honest, I think they both work very close together and so I can imagine that we have a Joomla! CMS in front.

Is there a chance that us users will be able to utilize XTML in our sites with a patch, mod, or upgrade? This site looks great and I am sure that most of us would like our sites to look the same.
