Calendar Bug

If I am viewing the calendar for the month of August, the options are to go back a month to August or forward a month to October... but when I click the button it forwards one month to September, like it is supposed to. 

Also, if I select a month in the pulldown, it shows the month prior.

I see this was addressed prior to this but it also says in the thread that it was fixed.
