Extra button that takes the user back to main site

(Running SMF 1.1 RC2)

I want an extra button Hem in the menu at http://www.nim.se/smf 
Right now there are the standard Startsida, Hjälp, Sök, Logga in och Registrera.  (in Swedish)
Eather I want my new button first, or after Startsida, Startsida might be changed to Forum Hem or Forum Start ...

How can I do this ??
