Planning a HUGE mod! Need helpers!

Hi, i'm planing on making a big mod, where users can make clans/membergroups in there profile. And they are the 'leader'. Then, they can enter there clan's stats on the site, and there will be a page with the top clans or something (with the more stats link). And like, beside every post, they have there clan tag infront of there name (Only 3 letters). I was thinking if someone can help me out with it. Like I can give u full details. And It could work for ANY game.

I am working on a clan ranking mod right now. It's still in the beginphase. At the moment i have the following working:

Extra permissions can be applied to membergroups (access_clanbase, moderate_clanbase, moderate_clan)
Database tables created for complete clan portal.
Clan registration form, only members of the clanleader group can submit it, and only if they are also member of a group that has the access_clanbase permission and is not the clanleader group (this group should be a clangroup).

So in what stage are you?
