THEME change?

Ok I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I treid this as in FF & IE both logged in & as a guest... I clicked on this link

& it changed me to theme 5 like it should, but it kept me on theme 5, even though in my profile it showed me as  having the default theme. Is this a cookie/session thing that overrides my theme setting? Should it be like this?

Yeah, I noticed that after I posted & closed all my tabs & FF. I was expecting something different I guess, IE only effect that tab, not the other 20 I had opened... thanks for the insite Mike
