Upgrade anyone help me?

I have enough to tried upgrade my forum from 1.1beta3 to 1.1rc2....and allways give me error
There is anyone to assist me?
I want that upgrade to change my db to 1.1rc2, then i will install a clean version..

there is a way to transform DB platform to this version?

Do you experience an error? Or other things? Why cant you upgrade, whats going wrong?

You have your language files deleted.
To make sure, upload the /Themes folder to your site from the SMF installation package.
If forum language is set to something other than English, then download the language files for it upload it to your site too.

I´m portuguese but the the site you see is in english.....and the languages 1.1 rc2 are there...the problem i think is the url
because i restore a a DB of yesterday but the url was not the same , i mut do the changes in admin panel but i cant get inside

Ok then why not resetting your settings?

Use repair_settings.php
What is repair_settings.php?

And where exactly is that file ?
The only thing i See in the link they say is updates and upgrades
