Problems with SMF url (joomla/smf bridge installed)

Hi,
I've been using joomla together with smf for the last couple of months without any problems.
Now I've upgraded SMF, and I seem to be having some problems.
Posting goes fine, but when I, for example, send a topic to a friend (using the "Send topic" button), I always return to the right forum page, but the template/theme does not seem to be loaded.
My forum is located here: http://bmwheaven.bmwsport.net/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,2/
When you use the option "send topic" the page that will be loaded starts with this:
http://bmwheaven.bmwsport.net/forum/...

The same problem also occurs when changing your profile, and I think a lot of other placed.
What can I do?

You've upgraded SMF to what version?

I upgraded from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6... but think I already found the problem... oops
I forgot to click the proceed button on step 1, now everything is working like it should.

I have this same problem.  What did you do to fix it?

Aaron...   he posted what he did.   He followed the directions.
(he forgot to click "apply" in the smf package manager)

However... you may not be having the "exact same" problem...

What version of SMF are you using? What version of Joomla are you using? What verion of the bridge are you using?
