No images or theme (just raw text)

Hi i have just installed joomla and smf with the smf bridge (all latest versions as far as I know). After patching both the index.php's from the component section in the joomla admin I have the following problem when accessing the forum.

It loads up with just plain text no formatting or images or theme loaded ( have confirmed these are all on the ftp in the right place). Also no accounts can login either.

Please ask any other questions for fault diagnosis.

Try using repair_settings.php to fix it.
