That right there would be the reason... can't legally distribute a mac type theme.

maybe it would be good, if you write the license type to each theme (in theme preview)

That wouldn't make any sense. The license should only be displayed when downloading or installing a theme. It shouldn't be displayed to each and every single user on the person who installed it's board.

It isn't like theme preview is allowing them to download the theme package. So it's extra data that isn't need and would only add clutter.

NB While it only took a second or two to work out which theme you meant, please be aware that there are now several themes available at this site and, since most of the team are running Babylon because it's the distributed default theme, 'this theme' could be a confusing description!
