Problem with download language pack

Hi everyone,
I have a problem downloading the Bulgarian language pack for 1.1.2:

http://www.simplemachines.org/download/index.php?languages;lang=bulgarian

It downloads 0k, I've tried numerous times, all the same.
Are the files damaged? ::)

I cannot download any language pack.
Does anybody know the reason?
