I would be surprised if the windows version of Apache supported this.  Part of why I was against this feature.

The 404 is your browser's fault, and nothing SMF can fix.

Of course, but then it's clunky.  Clunky is not good.  We don't like clunky.

As I said before, it's not important enough to waste clunkiness on.  And buffering can be done correctly anyway.  Please, we've gone over this enough, pege.

again, i understand if you don't want to personally code it into the official release, and that's fine.  but i don't want to shoot down ideas that others might be glad to code, especially if that's the only way some have to get it to work .
