Search Function: Be able to search by time ?

as you know when you write a word and choose time (1-9999 days) you can search.

but users want to list all read or unread topics for last 1 day, 2 days, 7 days, moths etc. , they cant.

is it possible to add this feature ?

be able to show recent topics like as unread message. ?
