getting some error message

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I am using SMF 1.1RC2
I keep getting the folowing error when I trying to enter the forms topic

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' 1, 31)' at line 3
