Group-specific BBC tags

How would I go about limiting access to specific BBC tags on an per group basis?

For example, some tags (e.g. HTML) are limited to admin only, but I'd like to extend a similar feature to, say, Global Moderators, so that they can post and/or insert commens using tags to which only GMs have access.
