Feature: All messages must be approved by admin

To help prevent spamming on the forum I would like to see a feature where all messages have to be approved by moderator before posting and one option to just approve all new members posts.

You want to moderate EVERY new post...If your board is big that will take some time won't it?
Why not just use flood protection for a small amount of time in the admin area?
