custom theme update?

Default Templates 1.1 RC2 1.1 RC2
Language Files 1.1 RC2 1.1  
Current Templates 1.0 1.1  

I keep receiving errors in the error log:
attach_lose

I have searched and understand that it is due to a custom template but how do I update these
files without screwing up my custom theme?

BoardIndex.template.php 1.0.1 1.1 RC2
Display.template.php 1.0 1.1 RC2
MessageIndex.template.php 1.0 1.1 RC2
Post.template.php 1.0 1.1 RC2
Recent.template.php 1.0 1.1 RC2

1.0 themes will not work with 1.1. There is currently no guide I know of for upgrading them as there are huge differences. If you've based it on someone else's theme check if they have upgraded. If you made it yourself you probably won't be able to use it anymore.

Geez, it sure would have been nice to know that BEFORE I upgraded. I upgraded and watched weeks of work evaporate. Maybe you ought to prepare some sort of impact statement with updates/upgrades giving some indication of issues like these.

Its not that bad..but you need to update key elements in the templates to get rid of errors and non-working features. You have not lost anything..but they need a update to work 100%.
