Auto topic move after set date

Looking for a way to automatically set an expired date to certain event topics.  Once the event date has passed, it is then moved to a designated board for discussion and feedback.

example:
Board: Upcoming meeting
Post 10 future events in this board with specific dates.

Board: Discussion and Feedback
Once the 10 events have passed, it will automaticall move to this board
