IE7 and Themes portion of the Admin Panel (RC2)

Hello

I've been messing around with a couple themes (the SMF default and Neptune).  While using IE7 and going to the Admin Panel -> Themes and Layout Settings -> Manage and Install - nothing appears under that section.  But in Themes and Settings, Reset Options, and Modify Themes everything is ok.

I should add that it works ok in Firefox.
