Hacking attemp, omfg

Im making a gametheme but i dont use a portal, im making one myself.( at least im trying    )
When i want to include something like this:

<?php
include('http://site/forum/Blocks/PortalRecentPosts.php');
?>

then im getting a hacking attempt message   

What does it mean and how can i fix this. Any help would be very appreciated.

There isn't a /Blocks/PortalRecentPosts.php file in SMF, so it couldn't be causing the error. What other files are you including.

Srry, i do use a Portal, ThinyPortal from Nessian Styles, but i use this just so i could test if the include works.

I include nothing else right now. Thanks for the very fast reaction
