   i tried to  install arabic language  into my site.. but  it never works,,  i did like it says,, just Extract the file  in  redirect of my smf.  i got  smf 1.0.5
plz who can help..

Download the language pack in the download section. Extract the files to your computer, and upload the "Themes" folder to your forum directory (the directory where index.php is). That'll do.

i tested it i unzip the arabic language in my computer and when i test "Unable to load Themes/default/index.template.php!"
1. I install a fresh SMF rc1.1 rc2 for my joomla 1.0.10 w
2. i download the arabic language for my SMF i am using bridge 1.5
3. I unzip the arabic language in my local computer and appear THEME.1
still i cannot view the language!
please help me!
this is my first time using SMF!

aren't language files supposed to go into the language folder of the default theme?

and i think you change the language in your profile?

sir i want to use arabic & english in my smf forum.
when i upload the theme folder after i extract the arabic language zip file it will replace the defaualt english theme i am correct?so i will not able to use again the english theme?

i try this it will replace my theme folder! and after this i try again "Unable to load Themes/default/index.template.php!" error!please help me please!!!
