Menu Bar with Joomla Content Below

Well I tried to find some information on how to resolve this but I am abit lost. Maybo some of you got to resolve this issue before.

I am using a template that's 1.1 RC2 compatible in a 1.1 RC2 environment so no integration problems should appear but I have the following happening.

The Menu bar appears on top of the Joomla default content header rgaphic bar.

How can I get rid of that bar. I want the menu to appear on the content background. I see the in the Forum menu created by the installation of the bridge there is no option to turn the Title off.
