Çeviri hatası

ya arkadaşlar phpbb 2.0.19 dan smf 1.0.5 e geçmek istedim şu hatayı verio netcez bi yardımm

doğru converter ı da kullanıyorum ama neden bu hatayı veriyor bilmem...
