Small Spelling Typo in both 1.0.x and 1.1 (forgetten)

Seems there are 3 places in the default theme where forgotten is wrongly spelt forgetten

Funny thing is this was actually spotted by a Dutch member of my forum who claims to struggle with English 

Typo can be found in

• default\help\loginout.english.html
• default\help\loginout.english.xml
• default\languages\Manual.english.php
