[Theme] Midnight Ocean (SMF 1.1 RC2)

Tis done bud (it's tested with 1.0.7, but as that's more or less the same as 1.0.6 should work with both).  I've uploaded it to the themes site, along with the 1.1RC2 version.  It's also a bit faster loading and less resource hungry than the original version.  I'll be updating the 1.1RC2 version soon as well.

I love this theme and had used it as default until I added Tiny Portal . I would love to have an updated version compatible with  SMF 1.1.4. TP .98
