PM link in post - need to set parameters and no popup when clicked

i need to put an PM and email link in a post for reader to click on with predefined to: subject: message: etc? where do i find all those parameters to set?

this gets the PM to show up but how do i set everything else thats possible automatically for the reader?

also, that gets a popup. how do you get it to use the same screen when clicked instead of popping up?
